CARA MEMBUAT CDI YAMAHA 125Z RACING
sudah lama aku tak mencurahkan idea atau mengajar sesuatu di blog
ini, walaupun aku banyak perkara yang hendak dikongsikan. Hari ini
aku ingin mengajar membuat atau mengubah cdi original menjadi cdi
racing. Sebab cdi original lagi bagus jika pandai mengubahnya.

di sini aku gunakan cdi original yamaha 125zr.

cdi original yang telah dibedah. Memang sukar untuk membedah
cdi ni. Memerlukan kesabaran yang tinggi. Aku membedah mengunakan
besi panas.

setelah dibedah kita akan nampak satu kapisitor berwarna merah.
keluarkan kapisitor merah dan tukarkan dengan kapisitor yang lebih
besar seperti gambar.

kapisitor ini biasa digunakan didalam kipas angin kat rumah. Harganya
pun tidak mahal dalam 5-6 ringgit je.

fungsi kapisitor ni adalah untuk menyimpan tenaga elektrik walaupun
setelah enjin dimatikan. Jadi enjin senang dihidupkan kerana masih ada
elektrik yang tersimpan. Selain tu cdi jadi lebih berkuasa dan tiada cut-off.
aku telah gunakan cdi ni dah 3 tahun. Jika berlaku kerosakan pada cdi.
kita perlu gantikan kapisitor yang lain. Dari pengalaman aku kapisitor akan
dapat bertahan selama 2 tahun. Setelah dibedah kenalah tutup balik supaya tidak terkena air.
